Amy Elizabeth was born on Friday, March 3, 1978 to Judith (nee Bartlomiejczak) and Stephen Lane in Buffalo, New York.

Devoted mother of Xavier Lane and the late Arianna Lane.

Dearest sister of Jennifer (Dean) Schwenkbeck and a fond aunt of Gunnar and Gavan Schwenkbeck. 

Loving companion of Jack Kemp.

Amy is also survived by aunts and cousins. 

Services were held privately by the family.
