Edith Herrera Obituary

Edith Corinne G. Herrera a resident of Espanola, New Mexico formerly of La Madera. She was born on August 8, 1934, she gained her wings on December 30, 2020. Edith was survived by the love of her life Deacon Diego A, Herrera. She was preceded in death by her parents Frank and Rose Gallegos Her sons Harry J. Herrera and Ronnie J Herrera, great-grandson Diego Eziekiel Salazar. Sisters- Carmen Valencia and her husband Art Valencia, Elma, and Ralph Trujillo. Brothers- Orlando Gallegos and wife Mabel, Isidor Gallegos, and Tony Gallegos. Surviving are two sisters in laws Susie Gallegos and Emila Gallegos. Edith is survived by her only daughter and son in law Lila and Phil Romero and only son Steve Herrera. Sisters- Marina and Juan Trujillo, Tila Velarde, and late husband Ruben of California. She leaves behind her Grandchildren, Great-Grandchildren, nephews, and nieces, and all her beloved friends who enjoyed joking and laughing together. She also leaves behind collections of beautiful dolls and rooster figurines. Edith was a wonderful wife and walked hand in hand with her husband through his 25-year deaconship. She will be greatly missed by all that knew and loved her. The family of Edith Corinne G.
