George Thomas Hardy, Jr. of Lake Wales, FL, died Sunday, September 25, 2024, at Good Sheppard Hospice in Auburndale, FL. He leaves to cherish his memories two sons: George (Abreiel) Hardy III, Haines City, FL and DeMica Hardy, Lake Wales, FL; grandchildren: Tiajiah, Romier, Brisson and Aubriana, Haines City, FL; mother: Marcella Burley, Lake Wales, FL; siblings: Leonard (Yvonne)Hardy, Albuquerque, New Mexico; Bruce (Sheila) Hardy, Lake Wales, FL; Jeffery (Melinda) Hardy, Lake Wales, FL and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Viewing will take place from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm, Friday, October 4, 2024, at the Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church in Lake Wales. Funeral service will be at Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church at 11:00 AM, Saturday, October 5, 2024.
Arrangements are being handled by Gause Funeral Home, 625 S. Holland Parkway, Bartow, FL.
Entombment will be at Lake Wales Cemetery, Lake Wales, FL.
