Anthony Zornes Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Anthony “Double” Zornes, who left this world far too soon on July 1, 2025, at the age of 27.

Anthony was a beloved son, brother, uncle, and friend. Born on January 25, 1998, he was known for his big heart, quick wit, and unforgettable presence. Though he faced struggles in life, including a difficult battle with addiction, Anthony’s story is one of deep love—for his family, for the brother he missed dearly, and for those he held close.

He is survived by his loving parents, Anthony and Deborah Zornes; his sister Michelle Piper, her husband Brian, and their children Chloe, Jackson, and Gunner, who adored their uncle “Double”; his brother Harley Zornes; and his nephew Crue Zornes. He also leaves behind many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends who will carry his memory forward with love and laughter.

Anthony is preceded in death by his grandparents, Harley and Annabelle Zornes, and his cherished brother, Charles Zornes, whose loss he carried in his heart every day.

Though his journey was not easy, Anthony's life was deeply meaningful. He was more than his struggles—he was a soul full of light, humor, and love. He will be missed more than words can say.

A celebration of life will be held July 20, 2025.
