Carolyn Bernhardt Obituary

Carolyn Mae Bernhardt passed away peacefully in her sleep of natural causes on May 27th, 2025, at the age of 96. She was born in Loveland, Colorado to Jacob & Alice Walker, where she continued to live for 96 years. Carolyn married Leonard Bernhardt on May 29th, 1949 at the First Congregational Church, where they were lifelong members. They were married for 64 loving years. Carolyn worked in cafeterias for the local school district and volunteered for multiple charities. She was a loving, wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She is survived by her son Mark (Mary) and their children Mac (Vianney), Matthew (Erin), Micah (Lindsey) and Maddi (Mike Teto); granddaughter Sara (Brian Guttero), Rebecca (Chris Greenhouse); fteen great grandchildren, plus numerous nieces and nephews. She was proceeded in death by her husband Leonard, her parents, son David, & great grandson Marshall Brantner, her sisters Irene Weichum, Agnus Supus, Ruth Hoag and brother Roy. A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 6th, at 10:00 am at the First Congregational Church. Interment, Loveland Burial Park.
