Frank Lugo Obituary
Frank enjoyed riding his bicycle or going for walks. He was quite good at tinkering with things. He enjoyed watching old movies and TV programs from the 50's & 60's. Frank was a very kind hearted person.
Frank is survived by his sisters, Josie Gutierrez, Charlotte Grinden, Justina Barclay, Cathy Lugo, and Theresa Przeslicke; and his brothers, Joe Lugo, Jr. and Patrick Lugo. He also leaves many nieces, nephews and cousins who will cherish his memory.
He was preceded in death by his parents Charlotte (Moreno) Lugo, Joe Lugo Sr., his brothers, Gabe Lugo, Fred Lugo and his sister Ann Lugo Jordan.
Frank will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
