Con el corazón pesado, anunciamos el fallecimiento de Ignacio Contreras Soto, de 68 años, residente de Los Ángeles. Nacido en Zacatecas, México, Ignacio fue un hombre de gran fortaleza que trabajó toda su vida en la construcción, construyendo con sus manos un futuro para su familia.
Padre, abuelo y bisabuelo dedicado, su calidez y alegría hacían que todos se sintieran bienvenidos. Le sobreviven sus dos hijas, sus dos hijos, y un legado de nietos y bisnietos que fueron su mayor orgullo.
Aunque nos duele su partida, hallamos paz sabiendo que descansa en la luz eterna. Siempre será amado y recordado por su presencia firme, sabia y amorosa.

In Loving Memory of Ignacio Contreras Soto
May 10, 1957 – January 18, 2026
With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Ignacio Contreras Soto, 68, of Los Angeles. Born in Zacatecas, Mexico, Ignacio was a man of great strength who worked his entire life as a dedicated construction worker, building a beautiful life for his family.
A devoted father, grandfather, and great-grandfather, his warmth and laughter made everyone feel at home. He is survived by his two daughters, two sons, and a legacy of grandchildren and great-grandchildren who were his greatest joy.
Though we grieve, we find peace knowing he is at rest in eternal light. He will be forever loved and remembered for the steady, wise, and loving presence he was in our lives.
"God has you in his arms, and we have you in our hearts."
