Ken Rice was a Colorado native, and he was married 65 years to Toni. Ken has two children, Teddie and Ken Jr. (Cathy), and four grandchildren: Kim, Anthony (Rita), Blake and Keenan. He had eight great-grandchildren. He is also survived by his sister Patricia Burbank and her husband Jim. Ken was predeceased by his brother Billy Rice. He is also survived by numerous Nieces and Nephews
Ken loved baseball and football. He played both sports, little league through high school (South), and one year of football at UNC. He loved Jazz, skiing and golf. He was a 60 year Bronco ticket holder.
After college, he was a carpet rep, then had a floor covering store for 20 years. He loved to travel and truly just loved everyday of his life.
He will be missed by all who loved him.
A visitation will be held at Horan & McConaty on Saturday, July 5 from 11 AM to 1 PM. A funeral service will follow at 1 PM. Following the service, Ken's family invites them to a reception at their home.
