Lizanne Maria Gallardo (Gomez), age 70, passed away peacefully on December 10, 2025, in Denver, Colorado, the city where she was born on October 14, 1955. Her life was a vibrant tapestry woven with love, laughter, and deep connections that touched all who knew her.
Lizanne was a devoted wife to her husband Richard (Rick) and a cherished mother to her daughter Stephanie (Ken) and son Rick. She found immense joy in her role as grandmother to Kenny Rines III, Aaron Rines, and Trinity Gallardo, and was further blessed to welcome her great-grandson Kenny Rines IV into the family. Her love for her family was unwavering and evident in every moment shared together.
She is also lovingly remembered by her sister Liat Moberly (Russ), and siblings Bill Gomez III, Patricia Gomez, Francine Gomez (Steve), Sheri Ortegon, Peri Moya, and John. Lizanne’s extended family includes numerous nieces and nephews who were fortunate to experience her warmth and humor.
Lizanne was preceded in death by her father William Gomez Jr., mother Viola Gomez (Solis), and nephews Christopher Gomez and Enock Moya.
Known for being loving, funny, and a trusted confidant, Lizanne brought light into every room she entered. Her sense of humor uplifted those around her, while her ability to listen with compassion made her a pillar of strength for many.

A Funeral Service will be held on Monday, December 29, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM viewing, with the service starting at 11:00 AM until 12:30 PM at Newcomer West Metro Chapel 901 S Sheridan Blvd, Lakewood CO 80226.
