Marvin era hijo de Nuvia Esperanza Cáceres Ramos y José Alfredo Rodríguez Ferrera. Recientemente había migrado a los Estados Unidos con muchas esperanzas y sueños de un mejor futuro. Lamentablemente, su vida fue corta.
Marvin será recordado con amor y siempre vivirá en los corazones de quienes lo conocieron. Su partida deja un profundo dolor en su familia y seres queridos. Será grandemente extrañado.
