Nancy Lampe Obituary

Nancy L. Lampe, aged 82, of Loveland, CO, passed away on June 26, 2025, surrounded by her family at Pathways Hospice in Loveland. Born on October 11, 1942, in Bucyrus, Ohio, to Robert and Helen Miller, Nancy was a beloved wife, mother, sister, and grandmother. She dedicated many years of her career to Hewlett-Packard in Loveland. On May 22, 1981, she married Del D. Lampe in Loveland, and together they shared a life full of adventure, traveling across the United States in their RV and enjoying square dancing. After retiring in 1991, Nancy embraced a healthy and active lifestyle, enjoying walking, hiking, and practicing Tai Chi. A proud vegetarian, she loved exploring new vegetarian recipes. Her family was her greatest joy, and she cherished every moment spent with them. Nancy is survived by her sister and brother-in-law, Mary and Bob Erwin; her son, Rob Grove, and his wife, Jenny; her stepson, Derek Lampe, and his wife, Priscilla; along with five grandchildren and two step-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Del Lampe, her parents, Robert and Helen Miller, and her son, Randy Grove. In her final weeks, Nancy found solace in the poem "Death is Nothing At All" by Henry Scott-Holland, reflecting her wish for her loved ones to remember her with joy and laughter. A private celebration of life will be held at a later date.
