Patrick Meek Obituary

Patrick Wayne Meek, 62, of Aurora, Colorado, passed away on April 17, 2026. He was born in Perryton, Texas on June 21, 1963, and grew up in Spearman, Texas, a place that always remained close to his heart.

Patrick is survived by his father, Robert Meek; his mother, Sheryl Meek; his brother, Greg Meek, and sister-in-law, Robin Meek; his children, Kolby Brennan and son-in-law Cory Brennan, Colton Meek, and Kloe Meek; and his beloved grandchildren, Emma, Henry, Nora, and Jake.

Patrick attended Texas Tech University, where he was a proud member of the Goin' Band from Raiderland. He enjoyed music throughout his life and always loved a good fight song.

He established himself as a printing estimator in Amarillo, Texas, before moving to Denver, Colorado, to continue his career with a large printing company. He took great pride in his work and the life he built through dedication and hard work. Patrick also loved the beauty of Colorado, especially the mountain views and the snow.

Patrick found joy in life's simple pleasures and the people he loved most. He enjoyed all sports, baking, reading, and watching Perry Mason on television. He liked attending Colorado Rockies games with his son, but nothing ever surpassed his love for the New York Yankees. One of his favorite memories was traveling to New York with his dad to watch the Yankees play at Yankee Stadium.

Some of Patrick's happiest moments were spent cheering on his children at their sporting events when they were younger and playing cards with family during gatherings. He will be remembered for his love of family, his steady presence, and the memories he created with those closest to him.

Patrick will be laid to rest in Spearman, Texas. A memorial service will be held at a later date.

He will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by all who knew him.
