Rayford O. Bishop, of Littleton, Colorado passed away December 3, 2025, after a brief illness.
Rayford was born November 6, 1930, in Bardwell, Kentucky. He was the son of Raymond and Mary Violet (Blessingame) Bishop. His Dad was a farmer in Bardwell, Kentucky.
Rayford lived on the farm until he joined the US Air Force. He met his late wife Jean in England while stationed there. Rayford spent 20 years in the Air Force and 20 years with the Post Office.
When Rayford retired, he spent a lot of time traveling. He enjoyed fishing and camping. He also enjoyed working in his yard. Rayford and Jean were avid Square Dancers.
Rayford is survived by his son, Kevin Bishop and his daughter, Tracy Bishop; also by his sister, Judy Gamblin, of Paduch, Kentucky.
