Robert "Bob" Williams

January 22, 1950 – March 18, 2026

Robert "Bob" Williams, a man who loved deeply, laughed freely, and lived with an open and adventurous heart, passed away on March 18, 2026, at the age of 76. He leaves behind a family whose lives are forever enriched by his presence.

Bob grew up in Pueblo, Colorado, and spent the last 17 years of his life in Firestone, Colorado, where he and his beloved wife, Judy, built a warm and welcoming home. Together, they shared nearly 54 years of marriage, a journey filled with love, laughter, and a life well-lived side by side.

A man of many gifts, Bob had a remarkable ability to fix nearly anything - from cars and home projects to his children's and grandchildren's projects - and he offered his help without hesitation or condition. His hands were always ready, and his heart even more so. He had a playful sense of humor and a beloved tradition of crafting his own one-of-a-kind birthday cakes for his children and grandchildren, each one a small celebration of how much he delighted in them.

Bob had an eagerness to connect with others that was impossible to miss. He lit up in the company of people, sharing stories, laughter, and pieces of himself with warmth and genuine enthusiasm. He was a lover of music, a keeper of traditions, and someone who understood that the richest moments in life are the ones shared with the people you love. Family hugs weren't just a ritual, they were a reflection of who he was.

Bob's spirit was most at home in the mountains. He found joy in hiking, being in nature, and chasing adventure wherever it led, including remarkable seasons living abroad in both China and Denmark. In his retirement, Bob poured himself into what mattered most: time with his family and grandchildren, mountain getaways, travel, and the simple pleasures of trying something new.

Bob is survived by his wife, Judy Williams; his son, Mark Williams, daughter-in-law Kelly Williams, and their children Vera, Callen, and Macsen; his daughter, Melanie Walton, and her children Savannah and Alanna; his youngest daughter, Julie Tunador, son-in-law Korel Tunador, and their children Greta and Neala; his sister, Sandee Cysewski; and his brother, Dan Williams, and sister-in-law Traci Williams.

A memorial service will be held in the summer of 2026.

Though the final chapter of his life held its share of difficulty, it did not define him. What defines Bob Williams is the love he gave, the life he embraced, and the place he will forever hold in the hearts of those who knew him.

He will be deeply missed - and deeply remembered.
