The family of Susan Elizabeth Zorn (née Meade) announces with deep sorrow her passing on 13 November 2025, at the age of 71, following a courageous battle with cancer. She was born on 5 November 1954 in Cleveland, Ohio, to Stanley and Juel Meade.
Susan was a devoted mother, grandmother, aunt, and friend. She was unwavering in her dedication to her family and was widely regarded for the guidance, generosity, and steadfast support she offered to those in her life. Known for her measured wit, gracious spirit, and enduring optimism, she maintained a remarkable composure and positivity throughout her illness. Her presence will be profoundly missed.
She is survived by her sons, Christian and Brian Zorn; her stepson, Gregory Zorn; her grandchildren, Molly and Joshua Zorn; her step-grandchildren, Aiden and Audrey Zorn; her sister, Stephanie Meade; and her nieces, Kimberly Louis and Kristen McGuirk (née Louis). She was preceded in death by her parents, Stanley and Juel Meade, and her sisters, Mary Meade and Patti Jordan (née Meade).
In accordance with her expressed wishes, a private cremation will be held, and no memorial service is planned.
