Thomas Steven Barendt has gone to be with Our Lord on October 3, 2024. He was 62 years old.
Tom is survived by his son Ashton Barendt, his greatest pride and joy, whom he loved with all his heart. Tom is also survived by his parents, Jerry and Carol Barendt; sister, Laura Kuehn (Bret); brother, Dave Barendt; sister, Kathey True, his nieces and nephews and his godmother, Jacqueline Wilson.
We will forever remember Tom for his love of the mountains & outdoors, beautiful craftmanship, amazing hugs and conversations where he would say "we need to pray about that".
Funeral Service will be 11:00am, Thursday, October 11, 2024, from the Chapel of Horan & McConaty, 7577 W 80th Ave, Arvada CO 80003 with reception following.
