Greeley, Colorado, Wayne lived a life marked by love, laughter, and dedication to his family.

He was known for his humor and playful spirit, often described as stubborn, ornery, and mischievous by those who knew him well. His ability to find joy in the little things made him a beloved figure within his family and among friends. Wayne had a deep passion watching his son, Mike dominate at the racetrack. He approached his career with the same humor and tenacity that characterized his personal life.
