Wilma Hodgson Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of our beloved mother Wilma Hodgson on July, 30th, 2025. Born on January 21, 1940, she lived a full life of 85 years as a devoted wife to John Michael Hodgson (deceased October 18, 2005) and mother to seven children. She was blessed with eight grandchildren and two great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her sons John Hodgson Jr. and Thomas Hodgson, and survived by her children William Hodgson, Timothy Hodgson, Donna Calone, Dennis Hodgson and Catherine Verstraete. Wilma was kind, generous, and kept unwavering to love all who knew her. She was devoted to helping the veterans at the VA Hospital and generous to veteran organizations.
A service and interment is scheduled for August 6, 2025 at 10:30AM-meet at staging area "A" (Map below) at Fort Logan National Cemetery. All are welcome to attend and share in remembering her life so beautifully lived.
In lieu of flowers or gifts, the family welcomes memorial contributions sent to your favorite veterans organization.
