I just heard of Joes´passing and I wanted to share that I knew Joe many years ago while rehabbing houses for the city of Rochester. Joe came to all the houses inspections and I remember him as being a really great guy. He loved his cigars and I always looked forward to seeing him.My condolences to his family.

My deepest condolences for the loss of Joe. We worked in the same office until his retirement. He was a great guy. We were "Meals on Wheels" partners and shared many laughs. He always called me Stella never Sheila. He was always easy to talk to and was never to busy to help. We lost a good one. He'll be with us always. Sheila Prince
