Marge Branscum

February 3, 1943 - March 13, 2025

Marge Branscum, passed away on March 13, 2025 in Bethany, OK. She was born February 3, 1943 to Joseph Edwin Holcomb and Elvie Elizabeth Scott in Hobart, OK. She married Hugh Branscum on December 14, 1963 in Hobart, OK. Marge retired from Mercy after 48 years of service.

Marge loved her family so dearly. She enjoyed camping, traveling, mowing the yard and Hugh cooking. She loved the many trips to Colorado with family and Colorado was her happy place to visit. She loved spending the holidays with family and was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister and daughter. Marge was very passionate about photos (except photos of herself) and accumulated numerous photo albums. She loved the family cabin in Eastern, OK and the time spent there.

Marge was preceded in death by her parents, and brother, John Holcomb.

She is survived by her husband, Hugh Branscum of the home; son, Stan Branscum, and Lori, Mike Branscum, and Jeanie; grandchildren, Chris, Nick, Matt, Meagan and Jarrett; great-grandchildren, Bella, Blakelyn, Harlyn, and Brooks; she is also survived by her brothers, Gerald and DeEtta Holcomb of Kimberly, ID, Paul and Janet Holcomb of Kimberly, ID; sister, Mary Holcomb Harmeson of Cleveland, TN; many nieces and nephews. She will be greatly missed.

Viewing will be Friday, March 21st from 12:00-8:00 p.m. with family present from 5:00-7:00 p.m. at Mercer-Adams Funeral Service. Funeral Services will be held Saturday, March 22, 2025 at Metroplex Church of the Nazarene at 1:00 p.m. with interment in Bethany Cemetery.

So sorry to here of Marge´s passing. She was such a sweet person. Good kind and christain lady. Always went to ball games to see her kids play.
