Albert Hernandez, 75, passed away on Wednesday, October 9, 2024, in Roswell, New Mexico. Please take a moment to share a kind thought or memory with Albert's family at www.andersonbethany.com.
On October 19, 1948, Albert was born to Carie Thompson in Artesia, New Mexico and raised in Roswell. Prior to retirement, Albert worked as a truckdriver and in construction. He enjoyed being in the mountains, fishing, camping and traveling the Northern, New Mexico. Albert will be missed by his family and friends.
Those left to eternally treasure and cherish memories of Albert are his brother, Fred Hernandez and wife Loretta; sister; Mary Uresti; sons: Albert Hernandez Jr. and wife Patsy, Samuel Hernandez and wife Lisette, Isreal Hernandez and wife Tramena; grandchildren: Maranda, Albert Joe (AJ), Jasmine, Mercedes, Makayla, Jaden, Melissa, Samuel Jr., Jacob, Elyza, Emery and Ezra Hernandez; including numerous nieces and nephews.
Albert is proceeded in death by his mother, Cari Thompson; brother, Ernie Hernandez; sisters: Eva Lavario, Linda Hernandez, Judy Hernandez and Betty Hernandez.
Blessed to be chosen as Honorary Pallbearers are his great grandchildren, Sariah, Trujillo, Sinahi Hernandez, Junior Hernandez, and Niah Hernandez.
Honored to serve as Pallbearers are AJ Hernandez, Devin Hernandez, Dario Hernandez, Samuel Hernandez Jr., Jacob Hernandez, Ezra Hernandez, and Bobby Hernandez.
The family of Albert wishes to extend their sincere thanks to nurse Reina, Waymaker Church and Church on the Move. Acknowledgement to the Lord Jesus Christ for the gift of salvation and eternal life Albert received.
Albert's tribute was written in his honor by his family.
