Anthony Aversa Obituary

On June 21, 2024 Anthony J. Aversa passed peacefully in Towson, Maryland. He is predeceased by his parents Joseph M. Averza and Vittoria M. Procopio Aversa. He is the beloved father of Donna Aversa-Smith and her husband Dave Smith, and Diane Bozel and her husband Jeffrey Bozel. He is the loving grandfather of Kelsi Holman (Matthew Holman), Dylan Bozel (Haley Bozel), Michael Persinger (Gabriella Persinger), MacKenzie Bozel, Peyton Bozel (Sophia Moriconi), and Morgan Persinger. Cherished great grandfather of Ainsley, Briggs, Scottie, Bryce, and Dulcie. He is the dear brother of Frank Aversa and Arturo Aversa, and the late Dominic Averza and Barbara Forsyth. Also surviving are many nephews and nieces, other relatives and friends.
Anthony owned and worked with his brothers in their family business, Joseph Averza and Sons. He enjoyed volunteering at the Italian Festival, eating great food and celebrating his Italian heritage. Most especially, he loved spending time with his family.
