Betty S. Adams, 84, of Blue Springs, Missouri passed away on October 4, 2024 at her home.
She was born April 27, 1940 in Moberly, MO, the daughter of Joseph and Mary (Wolverton) Roberts.
Betty was a 1958 graduate of Moberly High School, and attended Moberly Junior College. She had worked as a legal secretary for a long period of her life, as well as being a wife, mother, and caregiver. She and her husband Bill were active in the local Moose Club where she enjoyed dancing and socializing.
She was preceded in death by her husband William Adams and her parents.
She is survived by Doug Nolte and his wife Mary, Peggy Smith and her husband Jerry, and Mark Nolte and his wife Paula, her brother Dr. James Roberts and his wife Glenna. She was grandmother to Sharla Nolte, Devin Nolte (Katlin), Eric Smith (Anastacia), Natalee Weddle (Frank), Olivia Nolte, and Brody Nolte. She was a great grandmother to Barrett and Nora Weddle.
Funeral Service for Mrs. Adams will be on Friday, October 11, 2024 at 10:00 am at Funeral Services of Independence. Entombment Valor Park Memorial Gardens.
Arrangements conducted by Funeral Services of Independence. Condolences may be shared on our website.
