Cecelia A. Frazer (née Moran) "Ceil" passed away peacefully from Alzheimer's disease at The Bristal in Somerset, N.J. on Saturday, April 12, 2025.
Born in Elizabeth, N.J. on April 13, 1942, she was the daughter of Vincent A. Moran (1899-1997) and Cecelia (Szuba) Moran (1905-1991). She and her husband moved to Piscataway shortly after they were married and lived there for more than 50 years.
Ceil is survived by her husband of 60 years, Warren L. Frazer, her daughter, Alison (Frazer) Hickman, son-in-law, Lucas Hickman, and her brother Joseph L. Moran. She was predeceased by her brother Vincent Moran.
Ceil graduated from Rutgers University in 1981. She became a CPA and worked in her husband's accounting firm. She was also employed for many years by Rutgers University in Old Queens as Secretary to the Provost of the University.
She loved Rutgers athletics and, until her illness, attended Rutgers home basketball and football games with her husband for more than 50 years.
Ceil enjoyed traveling to many foreign countries and to more than 40 states. She especially enjoyed traveling to Maine with her husband and visiting their dear friends, Jack and Barbara Holmer of Littleton, Massachusetts and West Bath, Maine.
Private cremation and burial at Van Liew cemetery held under the direction of the GLEASON FUNERAL HOME of NORTH BRUNSWICK.
