Debra Bishop Obituary
Debra Doreen Bishop, age 67, of Grants Pass, passed away unexpectedly September 19, 2024 at her home.
Debra was born April 13, 1957 in Medford, Oregon to Harold Gundlach & Reba Kinard. Debbie was raised in Medford and married John Porter and together they had a daughter Rachel. After a divorce, she married Montie Bishop and together they had two sons Matthew and Joseph. In the late 1980s, Debbie moved to Lebec, California where she was a host at a KOA campground. In the early 1990s she returned to Oregon living in Rogue River and finally settling in Grants Pass. She worked as a caregiver until her retirement.
Debbie loved spending quality time with her grandkids and family.
In her free time, Debbie enjoyed sewing.
Survivors include sons Matthew Bishop and Joey Bishop both of Grants Pass; four sisters Michelle Hewitt, Frances Threets, and Marge Delzell; brothers Clinton Gundlach, Mike Gundlach and Randy Gundlach; and six grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her spouse Montie Bishop; daughter Rachel Porter; father Harold Gundlach; mother Reba Kinard; sisters Pamela Hansen and Julie Gundlach; and brothers Rory Gundlach, Tracy Gundlach and David Gundlach.
