Born in Reading, she was the daughter of Edward and Barbara (Stumb) Hess.
In addition to her parents, Debra is survived by her brothers, Daniel and Samuel Hess; as well as many nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by her brother, Kenneth Hess.
She held many jobs some of which were Lincoln Restaurant, as a Dental Hygienist, QC Photo Lab, Trainers Midway Diner, Bachman Company, Wegmans and most recently at Walmart.
Debra was known to be a lover of animals, caring for various pets in her life. She will be remembered by her many friends and family for her fun loving, and kind nature.
Services for Debra will be private at the request of the family. Kuhn Funeral Home and Crematory is honored to serve Debra's family. Condolences may be expressed at kuhnfuneralhomes.com.
