Jane Elizabeth Scislo (nee Scott), 77, passed away peacefully at home on October 9, 2024. Beloved wife of 46 years to Andrew Scislo. Loving mother of Andrea Brenneman (Ryan), Laura and Scott (Toni Wallace). Daughter of the late William and Ethel (nee Walker) Scott. Dear sister of Katie Loya (Mike;deceased), Bill Scott (Patt) and Marjorie Jancar. Cherished grandmother of Lily, Tyler and Nora. Aunt to many.
Jane was a graduate of Shaw High School and Ohio University. She enjoyed spending so much time with her husband that she even worked as a receptionist in his office for over 20 years. Throughout her life, Jane was an avid reader and loved traveling with her family. Above all, Jane's greatest joy came from spending time with her children and grandchildren.
VISITATION TUESDAY, OCTOBER 15, 2024 from 4-8PM at JARDINE FUNERAL HOME, 15822 PEARL RD, STRONGSVILLE. Mass of Christian Burial 10AM WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 16, 2024 at St. John Neumann Catholic Church, 16271 Pearl Road, Strongsville. Interment will immediately follow at Holy Cross Cemetery, Brook Park.
The family would like to extend a special thank you to Cleveland Clinic Hospice for their excellent care and compassion.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Cleveland Area Chapter of the Alzheimer's Association, 3 Summit Park Drive #550, Independence OH 44131.
