John T. Andriakos, a cherished resident of Wendell Foster for many years, passed away on January 21, 2025, at Baptist Health in Louisville, Kentucky. He was born on April 21, 1954, in Princeton, Indiana, to the late Thomas and Ina Eugenia Andriakos. John was a man of intelligence and warmth, whose presence touched many lives throughout his lifetime. He was beloved by all who had the privilege to know him. His life was marked by a deep passion for playing chess, a keen interest in horse racing, and an unwavering dedication to the UK Wildcats. John held a profound affection for his nieces and nephews, who were incredibly special to him.
Those left to cherish his memory include his brothers, Ted Andriakos (Patti), Tim Andriakos, and Andy Andriakos (Bobbi); as well as a niece, five nephews, and several great nieces and nephews.
The funeral service for John will be 2 PM Saturday, January 25, at Glenn Funeral Home and Crematory. Visitation will be from 10 AM until time of service at the funeral home.
