Nadine Marilyn (Miller) Bell, 81, dedicated wife, mother and proud grandmother, of Greenville, Indiana, passed away on Monday, August 19, 2024. She retired from AOR Architects in 2003. Nadine was a member of Scottsville Christian Church, where she had previously been active in the choir. She was an avid reader, and in her younger years, enjoyed traveling with her husband.
She was born on August 25, 1942 in New Albany, Indiana to Calvin and Mabel (Davis) Miller. Along with her parents, Nadine was preceded in death by her sisters, Carol Graf and Gayle Sloan.
Nadine is survived by her husband of 59 years, Roger Bell; children, Melissa Bell, Michael Bell, Marcie Weidner (William); grandchildren, Shelby and Alec Reid; niece, Kathy Wallace (Tom); and cousin, Ardis Sparrow.
Visitation will be from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Friday, August 30, 2024 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany) and on Saturday after 9:00 a.m. Her funeral service will take place at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday at the funeral home with burial to follow at Edwardsville Cemetery.
Contributions in Nadine's memory may be made to Scottsville Christian Church (7857 Scottsville Road, Floyds Knobs, IN 47119).
