Norman Jackson Evans Jr., known to all his family as Sonny passed away on October 1, 2024. He was born on August 4,1973. He was a hard worker until his health took a turn. He traveled the world installing computer systems in all the new Papa John locations. He worked in sales most of his life.
He enjoyed computers and electronics, Sappy romantic movies along with many others. He was also a big Guy Fieri cooking show fan. Sonny enjoyed cooking for others and spending time with family. The love for his nephew Jake knew no bounds, as if he were his own.
Norman is preceded in death by his father, Norman Evans Sr., and his nephew, James Stephens Jr.
He is survived by his mother, Carlene Doyle; siblings, Anita Evans, Jackie Decker, John Evans, June Evans, Matthew Evans, and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
