Rowena Fagan Obituary

Rowena Helen (Stidham) Fagan, 93, was born on June 28, 1931, to John C. Stidham and Naomi May (Collins) Stidham. She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, John Royce Stidham and his wife, Ruth.
Rowena married Jewel Dean "J.D." Fagan in Paris, Texas on April 10, 1947. She was a lifelong member of the Church of Christ. After the passing of her husband, Rowena moved to Mineola, Texas and lived at Autumn Woods Assisted Living where she was well loved and cared for almost six years.
Rowena was a gifted oil and ceramics painter, an excellent cook and a rose gardener. She loved spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Rowena will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.
Rowena is survived by her son, Bill Fagan and wife, Linda of Gilmer, TX; daughters, Kathy Long and husband, William F. of Belton, TX and Leta Teeney and husband, Steven of McKinney, TX; six grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren; sister, Mary Jean Stidham (Wilson) Miller and husband, Elmer; along with a host of other friends, family and loved ones.
