Victor was always a happy and outgoing person. All of his dreams were coming true, he was very blessed with his wife and his five amazing children and three beautiful grandchildren, that always made him happy. He gave thanks to God for all of his blessings, family, friends, health, and his two dogs Charlie and Andrew, and his cat Marlo.
Victor is survived by his wife, Ma.Isabel Abreo Gonzalez; sons, Victor Eduardo Hernandez Abreo, Emmanuel Hernandez Abreo, and Elihut Hernandez Abreo; daughters, Esmeralda Hernandez Abreo, and Angie Hernandez Abreo; and grandchildren, Dahlia Hernandez Aparicio, Evelyn Martinez Hernandez, and Lukas Hernandez Aparicio. He is also survived by many brothers and sisters.
A funeral service will be held at 11:00am on Saturday, October 5th at Clements Funeral Chapel with Father Torres Acosta Gonzalo officiating. A visitation will be held from 7:00pm to 9:00pm on Friday, October 4th at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Maplewood Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Immaculate Conception Catholic Church 810 W Chapel Hill Street Durham NC 27701.

Víctor Hernández Galán, de 50 años, falleció el lunes 30 de septiembre de 2024 en el Hospital de la Universidad de Duke. Nació en México el fallecido Leobardo Hernández Amador y María Elodia Nicolasa Galán Vargas.
Víctor siempre fue una persona feliz y extrovertida. Todos sus sueños se estaban haciendo realidad, fue muy bendecido con su esposa y sus cinco increíbles hijos y tres hermosos nietos, eso siempre lo hizo feliz. Dio gracias a Dios por todas sus bendiciones, familia, amigos, salud, y sus dos perros Charlie y Andrew, y su gato Marlo.
A Víctor le sobrevive su esposa, la señora Isabel Abreo González; hijos, Víctor Eduardo Hernández Abreo, Emmanuel Hernández Abreo y Elihut Hernández Abreo; sus hijas, Esmeralda Hernández Abreo y Angie Hernández Abreo; y nietos, Dahlia Hernández Aparicio, Evelyn Martínez Hernández y Lukas Hernández Aparicio. También le sobreviven muchos hermanos y hermanas.
Un servicio fúnebre se llevará a cabo a las 11:00 a.m. el sábado 5 de octubre en Clements Funeral Chapel
