Victor Jimerson Obituary

Victor L. Jimerson

STEAMBURG --- Victor L. Jimerson, 60, of Town of Coldspring, N.Y., passed away unexpectedly at home of natural causes on Monday, March, 10 2025.

He was born October 30, 1964 in Salamanca, the son of Avery J. Jimerson Jr. of Salamanca and the late Elvera Dowdy Jimerson.

Victor was a 1982 graduate of Salamanca High School and was an enrolled member of the Seneca Nation of Indians Snipe Clan. He was employed by Bunker 420 Smoke Shop in Steamburg, and formerly worked for Iroquois Gas & Go in Salamanca. He enjoyed, bowling, fishing and playing softball and Lacrosse.

Surviving are: his father, Avery J. Jimerson Jr. of Salamanca, a daughter; Delia Jimerson of Kill Buck, two siblings, Darryl Jimerson of Salamanca and Philadelphia, and Brandy Jimerson of Salamanca.

He was predeceased by his mother, Elvera Dowdy Jimerson, his Companion; Renae L. Halftown ((9/23/2024) a son, Hamilton Jimerson (11/20/2007), a brother, Avery Jimerson III (5/2/2004)

He will be laid out at the Coldspring Longhouse Tuesday afternoon (March 11, 2025h) all day Wednesday, March 12th, with services to be held at 10:00 AM Thursday from the Coldspring Longhouse. Burial will follow in the Hillside Haven Cemetery, Bunker Hill Road, Steamburg.
