Darlene Berenato Obituary

Berenato, Darlene Ann (nee Wiedemer), - 87, of Hammonton, NJ passed away on Saturday April 6, 2024. Darlene was born and raised in Egg Harbor City, NJ and was a proud graduate of Egg Harbor City High School, class of 1954. She was considered a mom to all. Her best times were spent with family and friends, which she considered her biggest blessing. Darlene is predeceased by her husband Julius "Caesar" Berenato, her infant son Julius, her parents George and Marie Wiedemer, and her brother-in-law Anthony "Chip" Jiampetti. She is survived by her children Jeffrey Berenato and his wife, Joan, and Jill Berenato-Quinn and her husband, William, her sister Judy Jiampetti, and many nieces and nephews. Loving grandmother to Bridget Ramsden and her husband, Paul, and Bryant Quinn and his wife, Cecilia, and great-grandmother to Colton and Joelle Ramsden.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her viewing Friday April 12, 2024, from 9 to 10:30 a.m. at the Marinella Funeral Home 102 N. Third St. Hammonton, NJ 08037. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 a.m. at St. Mary of Mt. Carmel Parish St. Joseph Church Third & French Streets Hammonton, NJ. Burial will follow at Egg Harbor City, NJ Cemetery.
