Once we had such a great visit. Mildred and Cornelius invited us , Clifton and Carolyn Weakley and family, over and we had a great time playing with all their kids toys! I remember Sheila showed me how to play Kerplunk; a loud game with marbles. Cornelius laughed about the big time we were having! He smiled all the time! Later I asked for and got Kerplunk the following Christmas!
My mom told me how she and Daddy stood up with Mildred and Cornelius when they got married at the preachers house. Then when my folks married shortly after, Daddy wore Cornelius's white dress jacket with a carnation on the label. What good cousins!
