Makary Zukoff Obituary

I grew up with Mikey in Hamden Ct. Even though he wa boy, he was my best friend! We did everything together! We love to make forts in the woods! Our parents had their own lives and we had ours. I thought so much over the years and wish that I had contacted him everything I´ve heard he´s had a wonderful life and I´m so happy he did because he really deserved it. I thought of him so much over the years. Missed him so much! Love to you always!

Mikey and I were good childhood friends, and I lived on the same street. It seems like we had our own lives apart from our parents. We generally hung out, built forts in the woods and had a different life from our parents. I thought of him off and over the years and was hoping he was doing well. I´m so sorry to hear he passed. He was a wonderful kid! he is a very kind and considerate boy very mischievous too :) I haven´t seen him for years just decided to look him up to see what he was up to. I´m just very saddened to discover that he´s no longer with us. He always had a place in my heart my memory sorry to see you passed. I´m sure he touched so many people with his,smile. I thought about him many times over the years and I´m sorry to see that he had passed. Mikey, your friendship helped me to get past my my crazy parents!

I have known Mak from around town many years and worked on a few projects together. He always had a good story and knowledge to share. He spoke proud and highly of his boys all the time. I´ll think of him often. Im sorry for your loss Mak and Rory.

With really deep sadness we want to share this moment with you and tell you what a big loss it is for all of us too. He was a friend, an incredibly generous person who was present in our lives for 25 years. He was extremely proud of his children and it is wonderful he got to meet his grandchildren.

Makery and Rory, what a shock to hear about your dad. Our hearts go out to you both and your families. Your dad was a great man. Talking with him at all the hockey rinks and then we would run into him at Stew Leonard´s. He has told us about the very expensive stove he bought. He was truly a good person. RIP Mac.

Mike and I are so very sad to hear of your dad’s sudden passing. As you know, over the last 30 years he helped us with numerous home and business projects (big and small). Your dad was always ready to help, or share a story (or two, or ten ). Over those 30 years we also became friends and enjoyed one another’s company over an occasional dinner and beer or a Rich Farm ice cream.

From our conversations I know that your dad loved you both very much and was proud of the young men you have become. And over the last few years and months he would text me proud grandpa photos and updates of Dahlia and Cody. I wish he could have stayed longer to enjoy the little ones, but I know the time he did get to spend with them, and seeing you both become fathers, meant the world to him. I hope that brings you some comfort.

I just heard the news from another neighbor. Mack and I would often stop and chat about our dogs. My sincere condolences to his family and cherished canines left behind.

Very sorry to experience the passing of Mac, I got to know him these past few years through his unending support, dedication and love for my uncle Bob Flanagan. Without Mac involved, my uncle would have passed away year´s ago. There are no words that will express my thanks.
Never once did Mac ever complain, he just did whatever ever had to be done.
I know Mac and uncle Bob are upstairs telling each other stories with ST Peter

Mike and I were friends since our time at St. John the Baptist. Mike was just decent man. Always a warm hello. Sadly I did not see him for way too many years. I want to express my heartfelt sadness to his family. Jack Paul Gesino

I am shocked and saddened with this news. I remember when "Zuk" was born. Our families go back 100 years. Rest in Peace my friend.

Met Mike in 7th grade at SGJH and Mike and his dad deer hunted in vt with us for many years. I had just talked to Mike a month or so ago so his passing is shocking. My deepest sympathy to his family
