Preceded by his parents Edmonia and George Shelton. Survived by his wife and life partner of 38 years Amy Jo Hicks Shelton, his daughter and son-in- law, Betsy and Paul Jacobsen, grand daughter Cassidy, his son, Alan and his children, and his beloved life family Roger and Christine Bridges and Dan and June McKenna. A Celebration of Life Gathering will take place Sunday September 15, from 1 to 5 at 11420 Farrington Farm Lane, Ashland VA. In lieu of flower, please donate to City of Hope https://ourhope.cityoflife.org/celebratethelifeofBennie.
