Annie Flora Perez, lovingly known as "Nan," to her Grandchildren passed away surrounded by the love of her family. She was a devoted mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and friend whose warmth and kindness touched everyone she met.

Annie was born Annie Flora Hernandez to Lea Olivas and Dan Hernandez. She later married Margarito Perez, who precede her in death.

She graduated from Manual High School in 1950 and went on to build a strong and dedicated career. Annie worked as a Construction Superintendent at Safeway. Leave out outdoor sports She took pride in her work ethic and the relationships she built along the way.

A woman of deep faith, Annie was a devoted Catholic whose beliefs guided her life and the way she cared for others.

Annie is survived by her children, Linda, Terry, and Tyrone; and is reunited in rest with her son Ronald, who preceded her in death in 2015. She also leaves behind her cherished grandchildren-Jack, Regina, Michael, Rayelynn, Danny, and Ramon-and numerous great-grandchildren including Monique, Ceara, RJ, David, Valentino, Faustino, and others. She is also survived by her sibling Ernesto. Preceded her death by siblings James and Joey.

Annie had a gift for connection-she loved talking to people and never met a stranger. Wherever she went, she made friends easily and left a lasting impression with her kindness, humor, and genuine spirit.

She will be deeply missed and forever remembered by all who knew and loved her.
