Apolonio Santistevan Obituary

Apple Santistevan passed away peacefully on February 15th, 2026, surrounded by the love of his family. He lived a full and meaningful life, defined by his deep devotion to family, strong values, and the lasting relationships he built over the years.

Apple was a man known for his strength, kindness, and unwavering commitment to those he loved. He took great pride in his family and found his greatest joy in the time he spent with them. Whether in quiet moments or large family gatherings, he created memories that will be cherished for generations.

Apple was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Gappy Santistevan, and his brother-in-law, Tony. He was also preceded in death by his first wife of fifty-eight years, Terry, and their son, John.

He is further preceded in death by his father- and mother-in-law, Paul and Lita Vigil; his sister-in-law, Marguerite, and her husband, Al; his brother-in-law, Rick; and Rick's son, Daniel. In his second marriage, he was preceded in death by his stepson, Mark.

Apple is survived by his two sons and their families, David and his wife Valerie, and Joe and his wife Liz. He is also survived by his sister, Flora, and his sister-in-law, Dorothy.

He is lovingly remembered by his wife, Cecelia, and her four daughters and their families: Joyce; Dina and her husband Herman; Barbara and her husband Randy; and Rebecca and her husband George.

Apple's legacy lives on through twenty-one grandchildren, nineteen great-grandchildren, and thirty-six nieces and nephews, along with their families.

Services for Apple will be held on April 17, 2026, at Saint Augustine Church, beginning with a Rosary at 10:30 AM, followed by Mass at 11:00 AM.

Apple will be laid to rest alongside Terry at Fairmount Cemetery.
