Izaiah Ismael Tacoronte, 20, of Greeley, Colorado, pass away on March 28, 2026. Born in Greeley, Izaiah brought light, laughter, and inspiration into the lives of everyone who knew him.

Izaiah was a natural leader, driven, compassionate, and wise beyond his years. He had a gift for motivating and uplifting those around him, always offering words of encouragement or a helping hand. His laughter was contagious, his smile genuine, and his strength steady and reassuring.

He was incredibly kind, patient, and generous, especially with his siblings, who looked up to him as both a role model and friend. Whether he was shooting hoops, going for a run, working out, or just spending time with his family, Izaiah approached life with love, energy, and purpose. His intelligence and insight left a lasting impression on everyone who had the privilege of knowing him.

Izaiah is survived by his loving parents, Sarah Montoya and David Tacoronte Sr.; his siblings Zachary Tacoronte, Alexandria Tacoronte, Xavior Delgado, and Nickolae Delgado; his grandparents Betty and William Oliver and Theresa Montoya; Uncles Mark (Shantel) Montoya, Matthew (Sonya) Montoya, Joseph Montoya, Michael (Andrea) Montoya, and Christopher Montoya; Aunts Amy Montoya, Diane Montoya, Carla Montoya, and Sonya (Carl) Montoya-Boncore and many great aunts, uncles, and cousins who cherished him deeply.

He is preceded in death by his Grandfather David Montoya; Brother David Tacoronte; Aunts Alyssa and Monica Montoya; Uncle David Montoya; and Cousins Aaliya and Damian Montoya.

A Rosary will be held on April 9, 2026 at 6:00pm at Lighthouse Family Mortuary, 3600 W 22nd St., Greeley, followed by a Viewing from 6:30-8:00pm.

Funeral Services will be held on April 10, 2026 at 10:00am at Journeys Christian Church, 4754 W 31st Street, Greeley, with a reception to follow at 11:30 am at Kimberly's Event Center, 1029 8th Ave, Greeley.

Izaiah will be remembered for his kindness, intelligence, and bright spirit. His love and laughter will live on forever in the hearts of all who knew him.
