Joel Parise Obituary

Joel Parise, 74, of Centennial, Colorado, passed away on March 11, 2026.

Joel built a successful career as a Regional Vice President of Oil and Gas for Travelers Insurance, where he was known for his strong work ethic, leadership, and dedication. Beyond his professional life, Joel embraced the things he loved most—skiing, hunting, fishing, and traveling—but nothing brought him more joy than time spent with his family.

A true family man, Joel will be remembered for his generosity, his hard-working nature, and his unwavering presence in the lives of those he loved. He had a strong spirit and, at times, a bit of stubbornness that made him uniquely himself—qualities that those closest to him cherished deeply.

Joel is survived by his father, Joe; his siblings, Jeanne and Jeff; his children, Jason and Caitlin; and his beloved grandchildren, Everly, Case, Ellington, and Jett. He was preceded in death by his wife, Cindy, and his mother, Jean.

A Celebration of Life will be held on April 18 at 2:00 PM at Heritage Eagle Bend Golf Course in Aurora, Colorado. This will be an open house-style gathering. Family and friends are invited to come, share their memories of Joel, and celebrate a wonderful man and a life well lived.
