I am writing to share the news that Karen Hokr, age 86, of Thornton, Colorado passed away on
March 11, 2026.
Karen was born on January 27th 1940, and was a remarkable woman.
Karen was a devoted Wife to Lee Hokr, mother to Lisa and David, Grandmother to Mike and Candace, Great Grandmother to Elijah, and sister to Marion & Dick.
Keren's life was defined by her kind, generous, and thoughtful nature.
She found great joy in meeting with her red hats and servicing her many Avon customers. She never missed a birthday or special occasion and had an extraordinary ability to make everyone feel uniquely loved and valued.
Karen's memory will forever be treasured by her family and those who were fortunate enough to know her. Her selflessness and dedication to family leave an indelible mark on all who loved her.
May Karen Hokr rest in eternal peace surrounded by the love she so generously gave throughout her life.
Celebration of life will be held on May 2nd 2026 from 2:00 pm to 3:30. At Karen and Lee's home
