Sorry for your loss. I recall how friendly and kind Mr. Angier was
hile passing by him between classes at OHS. He smiled always and greeted me outside his classroom door with his warm hello. I wish that I would have taken his typing class! Take care.

I remember when a group of friends would go and caravan to a place called Strawberry Lake we would stay for 1 week. We would stay in our camper or in a cabin. What a blessed time we all had. It was a Christian camp. Will miss you Ralph. Hi to the rest of the family.

I was a brand new business teacher when I got a job at Onalaska High School. Ralph was my co-worker and mentor. Such a great guy with great faith. I learned a lot from him. Heaven gained a good one.

I am so sorry to read of your father's death. I had him as a typing teacher at Onalaska High School. I had my career at UW-L because of him. Your mother was also my instructor for Home Economics. Condolences to all. Mary (Bell) Sage

Ralph was a great friend and faithful mentor to so many during his yrs in Onalaska. Loved Sunday board games at your house and our visit to CO Springs. We always felt part of the family. Ken describes him as "a rock". Auf Wiedersehen, Ralph...til we meet again.

Ralph Angier was a wonderful typing teacher at Onalaska High School. He definitely had a "teacher personality." I wish he could have known how valuable his class was to me in both college and graduate school. I also remember Mr. and Mrs. Angier and their growing family at the Methodist Church. They sat under a painting of Jesus in the Garden of Gethsemane.

Mr Angier (still call him that) was my typing teacher and also my bookkeeping teacher... he was always very nice and ready to help if you needed it. I'm so sorry to hear of his passing and I extend my sympathy to all of your family... your mother, at that time, Miss Lou, was my home economics teacher when I was a senior (and was also very nice). I'm so sorry for your loss. I can hear him saying, "I'm home now!" and giving the thumbs up. He had such great faith! He was one of my favorite Sunday School teachers at Onalaska United Methodist Church and typing teacher at Onalaska High School! He will be missed, but we will see him again.

Sorry to hear about the passing of your father. I knew him from Onalaska High School as my typing teacher. My father, Roy Grade, was the Science/Biology teacher. Remember your dad and mine both worked during the summer at the school doing repairs etc. The times I would go with my dad, your dad would always tease me. I went on to get my Business Ed degree and taught typing. Thought of your father as being my inspiration. I didn't have your mother as a teacher, but she was from the same hometown, Waupun, as my mother, Donna Fanshaw. Remember they were both in a bridge club and talked about people they knew. Know they kept in touch for some time after your family moved. Remember your parents and my parents were good friends. May your memories help always fill your hearts.

Craig, Dave, Sue and Kathy and families, I am so sorry to hear about the loss your dad. We have lost touch over the years but I still think of all of you and your parents often. I have so many wonderful memories of you, and your parents were like parents to me growing up as they were full of love, joy and wisdom. I can remember many van rides whether to Bible Camp in Northern MN or to Dallas, TX or just hanging out at the house in Onalaska.
Last I saw most of you was 14 years ago and what a blessed reunion that was! I felt like I was coming home. I don't have social media so I don't know how to find you now Sue or Kathy, (and I don't want to put my email online) but I am in Eau Claire now.
You all are in my prayers and are still deeply loved and missed. May the God of all peace comfort you in this sad time.
