Raymond Dow Obituary

Raymond (Willie) Dow, 91, of Parker, passed away at home with his loving family by his side on Sunday, June 22, 2025.
He was married to Betty Ann Skinner in Albuquerque, NM. They had five children and is survived by his Son Raymond C. Dow, Daughters Sherri McCleery, Janice (Mark) Hoff, Brenda (Brad) Greicar, and Trish (Vince) Stalsis. He leaves behind eight Grandchildren Brittany Dow, Nathan Dow, Sydnye Stantz, Kelly Pease, Hannah Scotland, Colton Hoff, Connor Greicar and Justin Stalsis, and seven Great Grandchildren Christian, Renee, Gavin, Quincy, Parker, Layla, and Gianna.
Raymond was raised in Tajique, NM, and enlisted in the United States Air Force. During his service in Colorado Springs, he developed a strong affinity for the state of Colorado. In 1968, he relocated his family to Colorado and subsequently worked at Rocky Flats until his retirement.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Betty Ann Dow on September 21, 2012, and his grandson, Ryan Gardiner Dow on August 7, 2018.
A Rosary will be held on Wednesday, July 2, 2025, at 4:00 pm, followed by a Funeral Mass at 4:30 pm at Ave Maria Catholic Church in Parker. A reception will take place after the Mass in the lower level of the church. For those unable to attend Livestream will be available at https://youtube.com/live/g2l5FsVE_kg?feature=share. The final resting place will be Fort Logan National Cemetery.
The family has requested that, in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the American Cancer Society, Pancreatic Cancer Action Network, or the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention.
