"Con profundo dolor anunciamos el fallecimiento de Teodora "Lola" Mena Rojas, quien nació el 17 de Febrero de 1939 en Valparaiso, Zacatecas y partió de este mundo el 8 de Abril de 2026 en Colorado.
Hija de Marciano Mena y Santos Rojas, Lola fue una mujer muy amable y amorosa. Fue esposa de Gonzalo Nunez Gamboa con quien compartió su vida 73 años. Aunque Dios no le dio privilegio de ser mamá biológica, le dio la dicha de criar a dos hijos: Blanca Estela Nunez y Adrian Nunez. Deja atrás a siete nietos: Jaime Fabian Munoz Nunez, Israel Munoz Nunez, Arely Munoz Nunez, Eleina Nunez, Isaac Nunez, Isabela Nunez y Ariana Nunez.
Lola fue una persona con un gran corazón que ayudaba mucho a los demás. Le encantaba cocinar y compartir su comida. Le gustaba mucho su jardín, y tenerlo lleno de flores coloridas. Pasaba tiempo haciendo costura y cocinando. Disfrutaba asistir a los juegos de béisbol de su hijo y nietos y a las fiestas a escuchar música.
Estamos agradecidos con Dios por darnos la dicha de compartir tantos años con nuestra querida madre, abuela y tia.
Te amamos, descansa en paz."
