Cody Bagley, a resident of Commerce City, Colorado, passed away unexpectedly on December 15, 2025.
Cody was born on September 30, 1973, and was deeply cherished by many. Known for his corny jokes, infectious smile, great sense of humor, love of music, and adventurous spirit, Cody was a beloved father, son, grandpa, brother, and friend to many.
Cody honorably served in the United States Navy, where he was a conscientious sailor who consistently gave 100 percent effort in all assigned tasks. He received several awards during his service and maintained outstanding performance ratings throughout his career. These values carried into his civilian life, where he applied the same attention to detail in his work and proudly passed those principles on to his sons.
Following his military service, Cody built a successful career as a Certified Master Electrician and business owner in the commercial and residential construction industry. He was highly respected by colleagues and clients alike for his professionalism, skill, and integrity.
Outside of work, Cody had a deep love for music—singing, dancing, and attending concerts whenever he could. He also enjoyed working out and was a fan of the Denver Broncos. Above all, Cody will be remembered for the joy he brought into the lives of those around him.
Cody’s greatest joy was his family. He is survived by his sons Kameron Bagley and Isaiha Martinez, his Mother and Father Donna and Jay Bagley and his brothers Jason and Gale, who will forever miss him greatly. He was preceded in death by his Brother JonJon, Aunt Rose and Uncle’s Bobby and Gilbert.
Cody’s legacy of hard work, laughter, and love will live on in the hearts of all who knew him. A celebration of life will be held at a later date for close friends and family to honor and remember Cody.
