Elton Gibson passed away in his sleep at his home with family on November 24th, 2025. He is survived by his son Lucas wife Amanda mother Debby Wood father Dennis and Ginny his siblings Eric, Lisa, Jordan, and Natsha. He left behind 12 nieces and nephews, 4 great nieces and nephews along with many aunts and Uncles and many many Cousins. He loved his family and was loved by them he will be missed.
Elton loved the outdoors. He enjoyed camping and fishing. He spent so many summer days in the mountains just having his best time. He loved playing all sports some of his favorites were golf, football, softball, and baseball. He played in his youth and into his adulthood. If you know Elton you know he loved watching sports as much as he loved to play them. Favorite teams include Denver Broncos, Colorado Avalanche, and Michigan Wolverines!
In his professional life he had many different types of jobs, most in the construction and transportation fields. His most recent career path was delivery driver. He loved this type of work he was able to be out and about seeing different people throughout the day. He likes that every day is different.
Elton lived his life with passion he did everything all the way. He would make friends everywhere he went talking to anybody he met along the way. He touched so many in his short time with us and will truly be missed he was loved by friends and family and will always be remembered. I hope he knows just how much he is missed.
Celebration of life will bel held on January 11th, 2026, 11:00 am to 3:00 pm at Hyland Hills Golf Course Cottonwood Room 9650 Sheridan Blvd Westminster CO 80031. Please come share your stories and memories with us. Causal dress Broncos attire encouraged.
