Florida was born on March 14, 1962, in Pensacola, Florida, to Wilhelmina Arnaldo and Diego Arnaldo. She was lovingly named after her birthplace, a detail she carried with pride throughout her life.
A dedicated paralegal, Florida had a deep passion for learning about the law. Beyond her professional life, she was known for her vibrant spirit and love of dancing. She brought joy to those around her and is remembered as someone who loved deeply and wholeheartedly. It brings comfort to know she is now dancing in heaven with Charles Wink.
Florida is survived by her sisters, Rowena; husband John Zarate, Rosanna, and her brother Henry Arnaldo. Her children, Silvana; husband Anthony Marquez, Shauna; Fiancé Austin Richards, Richard, and Bayani. Her cherished grandchildren, Andrew, Audrina, Alyssa, and Atlas. She also leaves behind her beloved nephew and nieces, Justin, Serena, Madison, and Lil John.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Wilhelmina and Diego Arnaldo.
Florida will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her. Though she is gone from this world, her spirit lives on in the hearts of her family and friends.
