Heinrich Bauderer Obituary

Heinrich "Henry" Bauderer, 91, of Denver, Colorado, passed away on February 26, 2026 at Swedish Hospital.

Henry was born in Yugoslavia on November 25, 1934. During World War 2, his family had to flee Yugoslavia and eventually ended up in Germany, where he attended the University of Cologne (Universität zu Köln). In 1956, he followed his family to Denver, Colorado. Henry met his future wife Victoria Klein and they were married on June 29, 1957 in Denver. Henry briefly served in the Colorado National Guard and was honorably discharged. He pursued a career as a truck driver from which retired after many years.

Henry is survived by his wife, Victoria (Vicki) Bauderer of Denver, CO, son Robert Bauderer, daughter Ingrid Lefholz (Randy), daughter-in-law Carma Bauderer, grandchildren – Jennifer, Stephany, Amanda, Josef, Robert and Christopher. He is also survived by great-grandchildren – Sophie, Matthew, Isabella, Lena, Scarlett and Emma, and his sisters Katharina Schober and Maria Weiland (Heinz). He is preceded in death by Heinrich and Eva Bauderer (Father and Mother).

A service will be held at Peace Lutheran Church (5675 Field Street, Arvada, CO) on Monday, March 16, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. A light lunch will be served at the church following the service. Internment will be private at a later date.
