Kathleen Lyon Obituary

Kathleen Lyon, 82 passed away peacefully on June 16, 2025, in Arvada, Colorado. Kathy is often remembered for her love of music, especially her love of Elvis. Kathy was fun loving and always up for a game of BINGO or cards. She often enjoyed watching movies and television with her family as well as going thrifting. Kathy will be deeply missed by her family and friends.
She is survived by her children; Waid Lyon, Wes Lyon, Rod Lyon, Clint Lyon and Ann Lyon, grandchildren; Ross Lyon, Rochelle Ricci, Breanna Zatkalik, Ethan Lyon, Hannah Maldonado, McKayla Hickey, Sarah Lyon, Courtney Cordell, Anton Wenger, Zach Lyon, Tori Wenger and Savannah Wenger, great grandchildren; Kayce Hickey, Brimley Lyon, Connor Ricci Junior, Gage Zatkalik, Chase Zatkalik, and Jerry Zatkalik, siblings; Geri (Tookie) Graves, Michael Ballinger and Loren Ballinger.
She was proceeded in death by her parents, Benjamin and Lillie Ballinger, and a sister, Claudia Ballinger.
A celebration of Kathy's life will be held on Saturday, June 28th from 1-4pm at the Elk's Club in Arvada Colorado. 5700 Yukon St. Arvada Colorado.
